When are the real live humans in the office?

As a rule our office hours are Mon-Thurs 9:30am-11:30am and 4:30pm-8:00pm. We often are in the office more than that and will pick up calls when we can. We try and check our email 4 times a day. Email is great for schedule changes, etc.

Is the $57.00 class fee per week?

No, all fees are per month, however if you wish to pay us $57.00 per week we will put your photo up and name you our favorite customer of the week!

How long am I signing up for?

All classes run from September through the end of May. Summer classes are June - End of August. You may start or stop at any time without any penalties by just calling the office and we will give you a cancellation number without any problem and you will only need to pay for fees up to that date. You are liable for fees up until the time you contact the office however.

Suppose my child just doesn't like it, am I out this money?

Bummer, well up to the first three weeks of class we will give you a 100% refund. You must call us or stop in to the office and we will get a check sent right out to you, takes about 3 business days, really the check IS in the mail.

Well the short answer is no two kids are the same, but as an average level one students usually take about 9 months of class, level 2 take about 10 months of class, level 33 and 4 are about 12 months of class. Your child may be different of course.
